Fiberglass Filter Cloth
Description:
PP filter cloth:
1) The yarn of PP short fiber is furry. The yarn of PP long fiber
is smooth.
2) PP long fiber has higher strength and better air permeability
than PP short fiber.
3) The cloth made of PP short is furry and better in powder or
pressure filtration.
4) The cloth made of PP long is smooth and good in air
permeability. It is suitable for powder filtration.
In our company, there are over 80 kinds of PP long and over 10
kinds of PP short.
According to your requirements, the weave, density and pattern are
changeable.
In addition, 858# filter cloth is developed for industry use by
ourselves. It is the best filtration material for industries of
chemical and pharmaceutical. But it is not suitable for powder
filtration.
PET filter cloth:
1) PET short fiber is furry and PET long fiber is smooth. And the
later has higher tensile strength.
2) As for air permeability, PET long is good while PET short is not
so good.
3) To be twisted, PET long fiber can be stronger
Compared with PET short, PET long bears:
1) Higher strength
2) Better water-seeping
3) More bearable to wearing
Generally, you would better choose the proper kind according to
your particular needs when you choose PET products.
